Farmer Signs has deep family roots. Established in 1980 by Kenneth Farmer, the company was a growing Design and Production Signage Company doing business under the name Kenneth Farmer Advertising Art, Inc. The company specialized in the design and production of signage and point-of-purchase materials for the major oil companies.

In 1985, the company was asked by an Atlanta advertising agency to design and develop a real estate sign for a local company.

The final design consisted of a sign made of high impact styrene plastic, completely assembled on a stand and lightweight for easy use.

In 1986, due to the growing demand for the real estate sign, Kenneth Farmer received a patent on the design and made the business decision to devote an entire operation to the manufacturing of real estate signs nationwide.

The Present

Today Farmer Signs’ day to day operations is led by Kenneth’s son, Bryan Farmer. This father and son team has proved to be one of the Leading Manufacturers and Suppliers of Real Estate Signs in the Country.

We continue to Proudly Serve Over 750 Independent Real Estate Companies & National Franchises in the Country and look forward to the next 50 years of serving the Real Estate Industry.
